Mark Sytsma is the Head of Growth Strategy at Initiative. As a seasoned leader with over 12 years of experience, Mark works with clients to assess their broader strategic challenges and develop solutions that position marketing as a growth lever through market & trend analysis, audience segmentation, and technology deployment. Mark has worked at Initiative since 2020 in a variety of functions, including developing & scaling the audience practice and performance media. Previously, he worked at HUGE and Merkle. Mark graduated with an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business with specializations in strategy & business analytics and attended the University of Colorado at Boulder for his undergraduate studies.
