Tulaine Montgomery

Tulaine Montgomery is CEO of New Profit, a venture philanthropy firm backing visionary leaders transforming systems of opportunity in America. A nationally recognized leader in social innovation, she has built and advised mission-driven organizations across the U.S. and globally, holding executive roles at YouthBuild USA, United Way, and Citizen Schools. She also founded New Resource Strategies, a consulting firm whose clients included the United Nations, Harvard University, and the National Urban League. Tulaine currently chairs the board of GirlTrek and serves on the boards of Beyond 12 and the College for Social Innovation. She is host and executive producer of Say More with Tulaine Montgomery, a podcast convening influential leaders to explore how we can build a thriving society. An award-winning artist, cellist, and playwright, Tulaine brings creativity and humanity to her leadership, grounded in her lifelong commitment to dignity, possibility, and collective power.
