Stephanie Arpaia

Stephanie Arpaia is Vice President of Brand Marketing at Excel Sports Management, where she has spent more than 11 years leading partnerships, sponsorship strategy, and activation initiatives. She has worked with a high-profile roster of clients including CLIF Bar, Under Armour, Hospital for Special Surgery, Red Bull, and Mizuho, advising brands on how to maximize sponsorship value and develop innovative campaigns that build authentic connections with consumers. In 2021, Stephanie was recognized as a Marketing Trailblazer by Cynopsis Media’s Top Women in Media Awards. Prior to Excel, Stephanie started her career with the New York Mets as well as their regional sports network, SportsNet New York. She is a proud graduate of Syracuse University and earned her master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
