Once a reformed marketer, now a marketing reformer, Samuel Monnie is Co-founder & Co-CEO of Purpose Hive, a purposeful growth strategy and solutions company in New York City. He brings global experience in scaling trust, raising standards, and making good growth the norm. He blends lived cross-cultural experience, data-driven evidence, and compelling stories to deliver measurable impact.

A former SVP Revenue (Sales & Marketing) at Sustainable Brands and ex-global brand and business management leader, including Center of Excellence roles at P&G, Braun, Campbell’s, Grainger and Safeway. He co-hosts the Marketing Transformed podcast and has also taught Brand Strategy as an Adjunct Professor at DePaul University in Chicago.

A Brit of Ghanaian heritage, he’s lived in Germany and Switzerland, and through thick and thin, supports the mighty Manchester United Football Club.
