Josh Kaplan

Josh Kaplan is the co-founder and co-CEO of Good Day Management, where he oversees the career of global superstar Doja Cat alongside Gordan Dillard. A former entertainment lawyer and entrepreneur, Kaplan brings strategic legal and business expertise to artist management. He first met Doja Cat in 2013 and formally joined her team in 2016 via 10Q Management. Since launching Good Day in 2023, Kaplan and Dillard have led major milestones including her platinum album Scarlet, Billboard #1 single “Paint The Town,” arena tour, Coachella headlining set, and brand deals with Brisk and Taco Bell.

Kaplan is also the co-founder of Songfinch, a music platform enabling independent artists to create personalized songs, generating tens of millions in payouts and nearly 500,000 songs. He earned his law degree from Chicago-Kent and undergrad from the University of Wisconsin. A four-time Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Power Player and Variety Hitmaker, Kaplan previously practiced law and founded Propelr Music.
