Since taking the reins in early 2024, Rachel has led a bold brand refresh evolving Mane from a styling tool line into a hair care powerhouse with a hero-product strategy and buzzy new category launches, kicking off with stylers in August 2025.
With 20+ years of experience building beloved consumer brands across beauty, fashion, and home, Rachel is a marketing-first leader known for scaling founder-led businesses. Before Mane, she was the founding President of PATTERN Beauty by Tracee Ellis Ross, growing it from launch into an eight-figure leader in textured hair care. Earlier roles include leadership at Beach House Group, Yoobi, Jonathan Adler, Cole Haan, and Juicy Couture.
