Carol Frazer Haynesworth

Carol Frazer Haynesworth is a wife, mother, Inclusion leader, marketing and advertising executive, philanthropist, and published author of Coauthor of Your Great Destiny. Carol was appointed as global Executive Director, Impact and Inclusion at Interpublic. She previously served as Head of Multicultural Strategy & Inclusion at Carmichael Lynch (CL). She is also the Global Chair of IPG Women's Leadership Network. She is responsible for the implementation of equity and inclusion efforts in the workplace, and multicultural integration. She has a strong background in marketing, multicultural strategy and inclusion. Throughout her professional life, she has worked for major brands, such as Time Warner, Mattel, Meredith Corporation, The Economist, Teach For America and NBCUniversal. At IPG Mediabrands, she led Ulta Beauty’s successful strategy and investment into the competitive multicultural space. She has a passion to inspire everyone to engage in community and equity advocacy.
