Leo O'Connor
Leo O'Connor currently serves as EVP Streaming, Paramount Advertising. In this role, he leads the digital go-to-market and platform strategy across direct sales, programmatic and commerce lanes. Scope includes product, pricing, programmatic sales, and platform partnerships with SSPs, DSPs, and Commerce Platforms (RMN, shopper). Additionally, he advises Paramount distribution teams on ad partnership terms and works closely with marketing & communications on trade marketing efforts for Paramount Advertising.
O'Connor joined the company under Viacom in 2006, and has held roles in yield management, ad sales, pricing & inventory, and platform partnerships. In a prior life, he worked in yield management and pricing in the airline industry.
He holds a degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
