Sarita Finnie

Sarita is a lifelong builder of brands and currently leads Integrated Marketing at Bayer Consumer Health. In her first five years at Bayer, Sarita led OmniChannel Marketing, and Innovation across the portfolio.

Prior to Bayer, Sarita ran the Baby Care business of JOHNSON’S®, AVEENO® Baby, and DESITIN® brands at Johnson & Johnson and oversaw the relaunch of all three. Sarita led Global Wound Care with a focus on strategy and innovation for BAND-AID® and COMPEED®. Sarita also developed global innovation and communications for LISTERINE®, the brand that drew her to J&J and home to NJ.

Before J&J, Sarita spent 8 years at General Mills where she worked on iconic brands such as PILLSBURY®, CHEERIOS®, and NATURE VALLEY®. Prior to brand marketing, Sarita grew in strategy roles at both Honeywell and J.P. Morgan.

When not at work, Sarita lives a fun and full life with her two teenage boys. She and her husband Steve met at The Darden School at the University of Virginia.
