Gemma Hart

As the Head of Corporate Affairs for Danone North America, Gemma leads the Communications
and Public Affairs teams, working to advance Danone’s reputation as a leading global food and
beverage company and unlock business growth and competitive advantage. She is passionate
about the role that food and food systems can play in promoting health and addressing climate
challenges, and is deeply committed to the work Danone is doing to bring health through food to
as many people as possible.
A seasoned business leader, Gemma has over 20 years of experience in strategic
communications, stakeholder engagement and crisis management, and has worked with many
of the world’s leading companies during times of major business transformation or financial
pressure. Gemma loves working in a team and enjoys building and nurturing high-performing
talent.
Prior to joining Danone in 2019, Gemma was the Chief Communications Officer for AnheuserBusch, the largest business zone for AB InBev.
