Ashley Cooksley is the Co-CEO of Social Element, a global social media agency that collaborates with renowned brands worldwide, including OREO, Wrangler, Keurig Dr Pepper, Diageo, Nissan, and Visa.

With over 25 years' experience in advertising and marketing, Ashley has extensive experience in managing global teams and working with Fortune 500 brands to drive business results through social media. She’s a Stevie Award winner for Woman of the Year and was named one of Campaign's 40 over 40. Ashley is passionate about mentoring women in business, and creating an inclusive culture at work.

More recently Ashley and the team at Social Element launched a global campaign calling for brands, agencies and platforms to do better when it comes to brand safety and consumer behaviour on social. ‘Make Social Better’ is backed by brands and industry leaders, and Ashley is proud to lead the social revolution!
