Lauren brings more than 20 years of experience from Panasonic, Verizon, and Xerox to her role as an award-winning marketing professional and executive leader. She has successfully led large, global technology organizations through brand and digital marketing transformations with a focus on CX, innovation and significant, sustainable growth. Lauren’s expertise in adapting and thriving during massive change is a consistent thread and key driver in her career. Her thought leadership has been featured in publications such as WSJ, Forbes, Advertising Week, and Advertising Age. She has been a member of several corporate and industry boards throughout her career, currently serving on the Board of Trustees for the Consumer Technology Association. Passionate about helping people with disabilities, Lauren has served on the Board of Directors of her local ARC, a disability services organization, and has championed strategies to make Ricoh a strong workplace for people with disabilities.
