Erving and Human Re Sources were a driving factor behind the start of the careers of Brent Faiyaz, Pink Sweat$ and RAYE driving culture at the intersection of music, media, sports and technology.
Prior to founding Human Re Sources in 2016, Erving rose to music industry prominence as co-founder of Erving Wonder Management and co-president of The Atom Factory alongside Troy Carter representing the wildly successful Miguel, Tyga, John Legend, Lady Gaga, Charlie Puth, Meghan Trainor and John Mayor.
