Raised by a single mother from the Dominican Republic, Josefina Rodriguez started out as a first-generation American living on Welfare and in low-income housing, eventually working at leading brands like Google, Bloomberg and The Wall Street Journal, and speaking at the United Nations.
A former Chief of Staff and award-winning multicultural marketer, she has studied firsthand the complex factors influencing corporate DEI and inclusive marketing strategy, and how brands are uniquely positioned to proactively drive positive change. Currently, Josefina is a Strategic Partner Manager at Google, focused on advancing social & economic impact through the collective action of the advertising industry. Josefina holds a B.A. from Boston College and an M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business.
