Marybeth Strobel
As Executive Vice President of Advertising Sales, Marybeth Strobel manages the national sales bundle that includes Food Network, TLC, OWN, Cooking Channel, TBS Entertainment, Cartoon Network and WB Syndication. In her role, Strobel drives revenue and convergent sales opportunities across her brands, overseeing linear and digital teams in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Detroit and Atlanta. Strobel’s team supports the Warner Bros. Discovery overall sales strategy and leverages their portfolio to create visionary cross-platform synergies for clients. Based in New York, Strobel reports to Jon Steinlauf, Chief U.S. Advertising Sales Officer at Warner Bros. Discovery.
Prior to her new role, Strobel served as SVP of advertising sales at Warner Bros. Discovery Sports. Serving in various leadership roles over the past 23 years, Strobel has managed across platforms, grown emerging digital businesses, and led advertising sales across Warner Bros. Discovery and the legacy WarnerMedia portfolio. Prior to Warner Bros. Discovery, she held roles at several advertising agencies including Barry Blau, Wells, BDDP and Televest.
Strobel earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University and remains involved with the school through alumni and professional development associations. She resides in Jersey City, New Jersey with her husband and two young sons.
