Nancy Yip Ramos

Nancy is the US President of Rufus, Initiative’s dedicated team for Amazon. She oversees 200+ team members across all Amazon lines of business that include entertainment, tech, b2b, retail and reputational marketing.

Previously, Nancy was Rufus’ Global Head of Entertainment for Prime Video, leveraging her vast entertainment knowledge in audience and content marketing to support Prime Video as it grows and expands. Nancy leads the Rufus team and Amazon business with a future forward lens. Her goal is to always be a trusted partner to Amazon, at any stage of the line of business. She also encourages her teams to have strong points of views that push the system so that agency teams and client partners are consistently collaborating and problem solving together.

Nancy has combined her love for music and traveling to travel abroad for concerts as often as possible. She is always down for a good laugh and is constantly on the hunt for the best croissant in any town.
