Jose Diaz is EVP of Strategic Partnerships & Communications at SMAC Entertainment, a talent management firm, business incubator and production company co-founded by Constance Schwartz-Morini and Michael Strahan. In his career, Diaz has navigated the intersection of entertainment, sports and culture, managing talent and reputation, developing award-winning content and driving authentic, fulfilling partnerships.
Diaz works with some of the industry’s most transcendent figures, including Strahan, Deion “Coach Prime” Sanders, Erin Andrews, Tony Gonzalez, Wiz Khalifa, and Diana Flores. As a producer, his work includes: The $100,000 Pyramid (ABC), Deion’s Double Play (ESPN), Coach Prime (Prime Video), American Football (Audible) and Kids’ Choice Sports Awards (Nickelodeon). He’s also a key figure in launching multiple consumer products businesses, including Michael Strahan’s lifestyle brand and WEAR by Erin Andrews.
Raised in California, Diaz is a graduate of USC. He resides in New York.
