Matt joined Facebook in 2014 to work on rich media in FB Messenger. Matt moved into the business of growing businesses in Ads, where he Initially focused on the products and levers that influence Ads delivery. The business was growing rapidly and the Ads team needed more long-term focused investment in the performance, efficiency, reliability, and scalability of the infrastructure and AI systems Ads depends on, so he moved to support Ads Infra and AI, where Meta has continued to make deep investments in growing advertiser value. Outside of work, Matt loves to spend time outdoors, preferably somewhere warm with a beach.
