For decades, Steven has worked on large scale digital transformation and world-recognized initiatives for global brands including AMEX, McDonald’s, Marvel, Shiseido, Johnson & Johnson, CVS Health, LVMH, Samsung and AT&T.
Since joining Barbarian as CEO in 2019, he has added over 20 new clients, launched 4 new business practices, brokered an alliance with sports media personality Jay Williams and hired new creative, strategy and technology leads. In 2021, Fast Company honored Barbarian's social commerce innovation Mucinex Sickwear as a World Changing Idea and invited Steven to join its Board of Executives. In 2023, Advertising Club NY named Steven an advertising industry “Icon” due to his achievement.
