As CEO of Passion Point Collective, Marcus is an industry leader in entertainment marketing and brand-funded films. In 4 years, Passion Point has become a leader in the brand storytelling world having launched over 20 brand films with red carpet premieres at festivals such as Sundance, Tribeca X, and SXSW. The films have garnered over 40 industry awards, and acceptances to over 200 film festivals around the globe including 50 Academy-qualifying festivals. Passion Point won Gold as a "Small Agency of the Year" at the Muse awards, and took second place in PR Week’s “Best Brand Film Agency”. Passion Point’s client roster includes 3M, HP, Aflac, Neutrogena and AbbVie.
Marcus sits on the board of the BrandStorytelling conference and has moderated over 50 industry panels on Brand Films and entertainment marketing including the big stage at Cannes Lions with Oscar winner Laura Dern, and an Advertising Week panel with the CMO of Wendy’s, featuring the Grand Clio winning campaign “Mixtape".
