Colleen DeCourcy

Colleen DeCourcy is Chief Creative Officer at Snap Inc., leading global creative efforts for the
company. Since joining the company, she has also taken on the role of CMO, elevating
Snapchat’s brand image and storytelling to generate impactful marketing efforts for the
organization.

Previously, Colleen was Chief Creative Officer and President of Wieden+Kennedy, the
renowned independent creative advertising agency. Under her leadership, Colleen and her team
produced iconic work for leading brand partners, including founding client Nike, McDonald’s,
KFC, Anheuser-Busch, Ford, Visa, Airbnb and many more.

Under Colleen’s leadership, Wieden + Kennedy experienced unprecedented growth and was
honored with top industry accolades (2017 Ad Age Global Agency of the Year, 2018 Ad Age and
AdWeek Agency of the Year and Fast Company’s #1 Most Innovative in Marketing, 2019 Ad
Age US Agency of the Year and in 2020 an unprecedented 3rd consecutive year in a row as A
List Agency of the year). The team produced a number of award-winning campaigns, including
Nike's 2019 “Dream Crazy” and the “You Can’t Stop Us” pandemic campaign. Colleen has been
honored as Adweek’s Creative Leader of the Decade for 2010-2019. In 2022, she was awarded
the Lion of St Mark by the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity for a lifetime of
services to creativity in communications, the 11th recipient in the history of the festival and the
second woman to be awarded after Mary Wells Lawrence
