Jenny Shi

As the Head of Media for Charlotte's Web, Jenny specializes in traditional and digital media planning and in-house buying. She is passionate about finding custom solutions for complex business problems. Since joining Charlotte's Web in 2019, Jenny has helped the brand establish its in-house full-funnel media strategy and activation, and across her career, Jenny has helped small and large brands use awareness and performance media campaigns to drive business while helping them to understand strategies behind targeting methodologies. She comes from a background in digital media analytics and has been in the media industry for over a decade.
