Will Ferguson is the Senior Vice President, Managing Director of dentsu Media’s Addressable Solutions division. Ferguson is responsible for leading the Addressable Solutions consulting team as well as Addressable Solutions sales. Ferguson is part of the original DEI leadership at dentsu and currently serves as the Executive Sponsor of dentsu’s Military Business Resource Group. Prior to his current role, Ferguson held numerous positions in Performance Marketing and Account Management leadership for the agency. A decorated Army veteran, Ferguson is a recognized leader of Veterans initiatives in the media industry. Ferguson held the positions of Platoon Leader, Staff Officer, and Executive Officer during his time with the United States Army and Army National Guard and received numerous awards for his service in support of Operation Enduring Freedom – Afghanistan including the Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, and the Afghanistan Campaign Medal with Bronze Service Star.
