He has leveraged this passion over the past 10 years to accelerate his skillset as a scrappy brand marketer & prides himself on being able to convert brand strategy into go-to-market plans that deepen consumer relationships.

He currently serves as Brand Director at ScottsMiracle-Gro, where he is responsible for driving revenue growth, go-to-market strategies, and leading a team transforming one of the most iconic brands in the highly dynamic lawn & garden category. Prior roles included time spent on the Scotts brand leading consumer-first innovation & marketing communications. Before ScottsMiracle-Gro, Kreg got his start at Nationwide Insurance spanning roles across sports & channel marketing.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find Kreg and his wife Ali wrangling their two energetic, young children.
