Franke joined Anomaly more than a decade ago and has thrived in an environment that rewards talent, commitment and a desire to expand your own capabilities and horizons.

Five years later he became the youngest ever Partner & CEO in Anomaly, charged with relocating to open the Toronto office, which soon became 100+ people bursting with energy, innovation and ideas.

That level of success saw his responsibilities expand in 2017 to also lead the New York office as CEO, focused on ensuring that as the agency got bigger, it also got better.

Having started an Anomaly office from scratch, run another one with 300+ people, spent several years here leading Intellectual Property Development and managing major blue-chip brands on their marketing missions, it’s fair to say he is ‘an Anomaly’ through and through.
