Angela Lean

Since joining Microsoft’s corporate accessibility team two years ago, Angela has led the newly established Accessible Employee Experience Program for the company. Leveraging her twelve plus years of experience at Microsoft and personal lived experience as a person with a disability , she leads the governance and operations around making Microsoft more inclusive all employees, regardless of their disability status. In addition to leading community of accessibility evangelists across thecompany, she also oversees the cross functional capabilities work done by partners focused on workplace technology, supplier management and buying standards and campus design and accessibility. Earlier in career, she worked in Tom Harkin’s Disability Subcommittee office in the US Senate and as a disability advocate when studying as an undergraduate at Yale University.
