Beth Marrano

Beth Marrano has over 20 years of experience in marketing and customer experience and has a proven track record for building successful, award-winning integrated campaigns and engagements that drive results. She joined BCW in May of 2021 to bring a fresh perspective to the world of communications with her experience at advertising agencies leading large, complex, and multi-discipline client relationships. She currently oversees BCW’s top 25 accounts.

Beth began her career at Digitas where she managed branded initiatives for General Motors. In 2010, Beth joined R/GA where she oversaw digital advertising, innovation, and corporate responsibility on Walmart. Other past clients include J.P. Morgan Chase, American Express, Gap, Mount Gay Rum and Moroccanoil. Prior to BCW, Beth was a client lead on Citibank business at Publicis, overseeing the brand reputation work, sponsorships and digital customer experience. She was also the head of Account Management at Publicis New York.
