Sean McGlade is the VP of Professional and Organizational Development at the 4A's. He leads a diverse team of passionate, dedicated professionals who support agencies and their people in creating meaningful impact through programs like the 4A's Workplace Enlightenment Certification, the Campaign Enlightenment program, and the Team Leadership Certification (TLC) for Managers. His team also supports 4A's Foundation programs like MAIP, VANGUARD, and 365Blackprint.
With the 4A’s since 2019, Sean has spent his career helping people solve problems through creativity, critical thinking, art, and technology. In addition to leading corporate training teams in multiple sectors, he has taught courses in the arts and humanities for The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, the City University of New York, Drew University, and the School of the New York Times.
