Dan Reed

Dan Reed is Facebook's VP of Global Media, Sports & Equity Partnerships. He leads the company’s business partnerships and strategic initiatives with millions of content creators spanning entertainment, sports, news, gaming, creators, public figures, and more. His teams help entertain and engage billions of people across Facebook’s family of apps and products by partnering closely with the world’s largest media conglomerates, the global sports industry, and the broader media ecosystem to grow their audiences and businesses by publishing content on Facebook’s platforms. Reed also leads Facebook’s efforts to equitably serve underrepresented communities in key areas of its business partnerships. He has been named one of the “50 Most Influential People in Sports Business” and received “40 Under 40” recognition from Sports Business Journal and Crain’s New York Business, and serves on the board of Isos Acquisition. Reed lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and two sons.
