Jie Cheng

Jie Cheng is the Global Head of eCommerce and Direct-to-Consumer at Mondelēz International. In this role, she is leading a highly talented eCommerce team across the globe, defining a holistic strategic growth agenda for Mondelēz ’s digital commerce business, building new capabilities, setting and realizing Mondelez’s bold e-business ambition across B2C, D2C and eB2B. Jie’s eCommerce journey began in 2004 when she was tasked at Conair with figuring out how to sell hair dryers online. Since then, she has honed her craft at Philips as well as food companies like Danone, Hershey, and Campbell Soup, taking leadership roles in eCommerce, digital marketing, and digital transformation. Originally from China, Jie came to the US in ’98 to pursue her M.B.A. degree from Thunderbird, School of Global Management. She since has been living in both US and Canada.
