Cheryl McHugh is the Global HR Lead for LinkedIn’s largest business line. Her experience at LinkedIn spans 10 years, across the London, San Francisco and New York offices. In her role she is responsible for creating an engaging workplace by driving the talent strategy and integrating best practices in talent management, diversity and inclusion, learning and development and corporate culture.

Cheryl’s passion is to empower others to unlock their true potential and dedicates her professional energy into that space. She believes the essence of life is realized through relationships - how do we learn and grow through the interactions we have with each other. As such, she strives to ensure that each and every individual has the opportunity to have their authentic voice heard.
