Tobias Natterer is a German senior copywriter working for DDB Berlin. He wanted to become a medieval knight as a kid but quickly found out he is a bit late to the party. The backup plan of becoming an astronaut didn’t work out either. So he studied two semesters of Art to become an illustrator, but ended up studying communication design. Starting as an art director intern at “Thjnk Berlin” he quickly discovered his love for concepting and copywriting. So he applied for the BBDO Masterclass traineeship to become a copywriter. After working in Düsseldorf, Hamburg and New York he settled in Berlin. Here Tobias has been working for some renowned agencies and clients, including Audi, Volkswagen and Reporters Without Borders. His work is being recognized and awarded by multiple international creativity festivals such as the Cannes Lions and the D&AD.
