Nicolle and her team are working to build a smarter, more effective television ecosystem by partnering with and empowering brands to seamlessly connect with audiences wherever and whenever they watch content. Prior to Ampersand, Nicolle spent over a decade in senior roles at WPP. She played an instrumental role in the sale of Open AdStream to AppNexus, and led the deployment and integration of the joint venture partnership between WPP and Dentsu across Asia.
A recognized leader in the industry, Nicolle serves on several industry boards, was recognized by Adexchanger with the Leadership in Advertising Award in 2020, and has been named to the Cablefax 100, Adweek 50 list, AdAge’s 40 Under 40, Crain’s 40 Under 40, Cynopsis’ Top Women in Media and MCN’s Women to Watch. Under her leadership, Ampersand was also recognized as an AdAge’s Best Places to work in 2021. She is an active supporter of SOS Children’s Villages, and an extremely proud Girl Scout troop leader.
