As Chief Marketing Officer of SiriusXM, Denise Karkos leads marketing efforts for both SiriusXM and Pandora, which together reach an audience of more than 150 million, making it the leading audio entertainment company in North America. Joining SiriusXM in 2019, Karkos has been critical in crafting Pandora and SiriusXM’s brand responses to the global health crisis. Under her leadership, the narratives and campaigns developed have helped both consumers and partners navigate the shifting audio landscape. She is the driving force behind SiriusXM’s largest national ad campaign “The Home of SiriusXM” featuring top SXM talent across music, sports, talk, comedy and entertainment. Denise and team continue to find new and innovative ways to deliver for consumers, artists, advertisers, and brands that work with SiriusXM. Previously, Karkos served as CMO at TD Ameritrade for six years. There she was named 2019 CMO of the Year by Ad Age and honored with a Brand Genius Award by Adweek.
