Tracey Santilli

Tracey Santilli is a leading marketing communications professional for more than 20 years, providing strategic counsel for Comcast, Yuengling, Choice Hotels and AmerisourceBergen brand marketing efforts. As Chief Growth Officer at Tierney, Tracey oversees strategic planning for all clients within the agency, works to develop business cases around opportunities, as well as provides recommendations to create thriving integrated campaigns. She leads new business efforts, identifying and developing new business approaches, showcasing Tierney’s expertise in public relations, social media and advertising. Tracey is responsible for all general operations and staffing department-wide in the three offices and oversees the management of all practice areas including consumer, crisis management, strategic planning, account management, and paid media. Prior to Tierney, Tracey worked at Ketchum in New York City in the Consumer Brand Marketing Practice.
