As VP, Enterprise Solutions at Quad since 2016, she solves for challenges modern-day marketers face, from personalization and scaling content creation to marketing mix evolution or creative workflow efficiency. An experienced leader, Ramona brings laser focus to deliver insight, innovation and impact against business goals to drive profitable growth.

Before Quad, Ramona held several agency, marketing and sales leadership positions, including VP, Sales at Cofactor, Division VP, Loyalty Marketing at Sears Holdings and SVP, Group Account Director at FCB. She spent over 14 years at DDB where she rose to VP Account Director. Her client roster is a who's who of retailers and brands including Walmart, Target, P&G, KFC, Kmart, cars.com, SeaWorld, Yoplait and Discover Card, to name a few. She began her career in Washington, D.C. at HJK&A, after earning a BBA in marketing and studio art from the College of William & Mary.
