Caroline Gogolak

Caroline Gogolak is the VP of Retail at SoulCycle and Co-Founder of Carbon38. She joined SoulCycle in 2017 and is currently leading their retail merchandise team and spearheading the development of Soul by SoulCycle, SoulCycle’s first in-house activewear brand. Caroline has been intimately aware of the opportunity in the clothing industry to provide women with activewear that meets luxury standards as well as practical requirements.

Prior to working at SoulCycle, she launched Carbon38, a company that revolutionized e-commerce for activewear, raising $26M in capital and growing the company by 500% in the first two years. Caroline spearheaded Carbon38’s merchandise strategy by launching it as a multi-brand platform of up and coming activewear labels, while also building an in-house brand and line of clothing with a mission to dress the modern woman.

Caroline was honored among the 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs at the 2016 Goldman Sachs Builders and Innovators Summit and named one of Marie Claire's 50 Most Influential Women. Caroline graduated from Harvard University and lives in New York City with her husband and children.
