Dan Brooke

Dan is a board-level business leader, creative innovator and diversity and inclusion change-maker. He is CEO of Dan Brooke Consulting, whose vision is ‘to help companies do well by doing good’, through developing authentic purpose-driven strategies and executing them both externally to consumers and stakeholders and internally to colleagues and supply chains.

For 8 years prior to this he was Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and Board Champion for Diversity & Inclusion at Channel 4. During Dan’s time Channel 4 was widely recognised for the success of its work in these fields: UK Marketing Society Brand of the Year 2017; Cannes Lions Grand Prix Awards 2016 & 2012; British Arrows Advertiser of Excellence 2016; Campaign Magazine Advertiser of the Year 2015; Creative Review Agency of the Year worldwide 2012; first company ever to be awarded level 5 status in Ernst & Young’s National Equality Standard 2018; Britain’s Best Diverse Company 2016.
