Tolu Farinto

Tolu is a socially conscious entrepreneur with the firm belief great businesses and brands do well when they become more than a means to an end for the consumer and become a brand that invests in people and in turn people invest in the business or brand. He has developed a personal brand that puts him at the forefront of championing equality in its many facets but specifically opening up opportunities to aspirational people from disadvantaged backgrounds. He founded his recruitment consultancy/ mentoring company called Limitless Future Achievements in 2011. Since then he has worked with all the major creative agencies in the UK. He is now the co-founder of The Great British Diversity Experiment, a Director and Ambassador of the Young Black Business Awards, a Change Maker at a culture change business Utopia, and the Inclusion & Diversity Champion at The Ideas Foundation.
