Dustin is head of brand marketing for the Consumer and Investment Management Division. He is responsible for brand management, communications, advertising and customer insights for the division. Dustin is a sponsor of the Marcus by Goldman Sachs Diversity Council and a managing director ally of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Network. Previously, he led brand management and marketing communications for Marcus by Goldman Sachs. Dustin joined Goldman Sachs as a managing director in 2015.
Prior to joining the firm, Dustin was chief marketing officer for Jockey International. Before that, he was chief marketing officer of Optimer Brands, a Sterling Partners private equity portfolio company. Dustin also spent eight years at PepsiCo and was the director of marketing for Gatorade and Propel. He was responsible for advertising, national promotions, retail and consumer marketing, entertainment marketing, and product innovation. Prior to that, Dustin was vice president management director at Foote Cone & Belding, where he led the Gatorade advertising account group. He began his marketing career with an earlier tenure at PepsiCo in the Pizza Hut division.
Dustin earned a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
