Liz Gray is the Head of Cultural and Consumer Insights in the Brand Consulting group at CAA Sports, a division of leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA). Based in the New York office, Gray collaborates with forward-thinking brands, including Nike, adidas, HBO, Clique Media Group, Target, Refinery29, and others, helping them interpret macro-level cultural shifts and understand the attitudes, opinions, and behaviors of consumers.
Prior to CAA, Gray was the Head of Strategy at The Female Quotient, where she was responsible for working with brands on their internal and external initiatives through the lens of diversity and inclusion. Previously, she was also President of Trendera, a leading research, consulting, and trend analysis company. Gray began her career at ESPN and Condé Nast.
Gray graduated from The University of Richmond with a B.A. in Sociology.
