Marissa Shrum
Marissa Shrum is the Founder of Remember, I Love You a creative studio and cultural activation consultancy. Marissa has been listed as one of AdWeek’s “Creative 100” and Business Insider’s 30 Most Creative Women in Advertising. Marissa’s background is in community & political organizing; she works at the intersection of creativity and social change to help brands meaningfully contribute to culture. For the past 15 years, she has worked in creative communications, developing advertising, corporate social responsibility initiatives, experiential activations, and social creator campaigns. Marissa graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Literature. She has received fellowships from Harvard’s Multidisciplinary Program on Inequality and Social Policy and Vanderbilt’s Ingram Scholarship for Entrepreneurship and Social Change. She is an avid mentor, investor and ally for young artists and social media creators, particularly queer artists of color.
