Andy Sriubas
As the Chief Commercial Officer, Andy is responsible for the company's strategic direction. This includes oversight of the company’s partnerships, product, digital operations, technology platform, client experience and corporate and business development; including our significant municipal and real estate relationships.
The construction of OUTFRONT’s product platform is about to revolutionize the out-of-home industry. The ON Smart architecture includes new purpose-built digital displays, an intuitive planning and buying workflow system and will be powered by a real-time geo-spatial data management infrastructure. The platform will bring contemporary tools to location-based media; creating “Intelligent OOH” to compete with and compliment current desktop and mobile advertising environments.
Prior to joining OUTFRONT, Andy served at the Chief of Strategy and Corporate Development for Sonifi Solutions, a leading provider of video programming, advertising and digital infrastructure to the hospitality and healthcare industries. A 23-year veteran of the investment banking industry, he held Managing Director roles at JPMorgan, UBS, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. His expertise was in providing strategic advice to, and raising capital for, TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications) companies ranging from Six Flags to CBS, Viacom, Sony, New Corporation and Napster amongst many innovative others. Andy helped architect a digital distribution network for the US movie theatre industry as well as a satellite deployed video and broadband entertainment system for the hospitality industry.
Andy is a member of Seachange International’s Board of Directors (NASDAQ: SEAC); a premium video delivery technology provider to the broadband industry. He also serves as an advisor to several emerging technology companies and on the boards of Palisades Growth (a venture and growth fund) and the Jack Kemp Foundation 501(c)3. Andy has been a member of the Boy Scouts Explorers Program (as an Eagle Scout) as well as the YMCA New York Development Committee. He lives in Greenwich, CT with his wife and two children.
