Chris Beresford-Hill

Chris Beresford-Hill is the Chief Creative Officer of TBWAChiatDay NY, where he is responsible for the agency’s creative output.

In two years, Chris has led an agency transformation resulting in industry and cultural recognition ranging from Cannes Lions (18 in 2019, including 5 gold - the most in the agency's history) to Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies to ADWEEK Network of the Year to AdAge’s Best Experiential Campaign to YouTube’s “Best Creative” to a spot on the coveted AdAge A-List, where, in New York, "creativity has bloomed again." However, Chris is more proud he and his partners have made creativity the responsibility of the entire office, not just the namesake department.

Chris got his start in advertising as an unpaid intern in Boston, writing automotive brochures for GM. Today, he is grateful to be surrounded by passionate and talented co-workers, who he has seen come together to move a big-assed ship. He also has an awesome wife Lyndsey, and shelter dog Rex.
