Robyn Tombacher

Robyn Tombacher is currently the Chief Operations Officer, North America at Wunderman.

Robyn oversees creating and implementing an operational strategy across digital, integrated production, data and media to enable long term sales and margin growth for the entire network in North America. She also focuses on improving the integration of services, communication and collaboration across all brands. In addition, Robyn helps spearhead the network’s adoption of policies and programs that support the empowerment of women. She reports into Seth Solomons, CEO, North America, Wunderman.

For the past two years, Robyn has served as Head of Operations, North America at Wunderman. Before that, Robyn led operations for R/GA’s Global Capabilities where she partnered with the agency’s offerings to optimize collaboration across their offices and departments.

In addition, Robyn spent 12+ years at DigitasLBi, where she last served as Senior Vice President, Global Operations Director for the multi-brand agency teams. During her 12+ year career at DigitasLBi, Robyn successfully established operating practices and policies for the agency by leading the Project Management capability and taking on Regional Business Operations responsibilities. She was also one of the founding members of Digitas Health and VIVA Women - a Publicis Groupe Women’s Network.

Robyn received a B.A. in Political Science from George Washington University and a M.A. in Public Communications from American University.

Robyn is a wine and golf enthusiast. When she isn’t creating efficiencies across an entire network, you can catch her working on her back swing with a glass of Pinot in hand.

Robyn lives in Rye Brook, New York with her husband and daughter.
