DK Bartley is the Senior Vice President & Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Dentsu Aegis Network. He manages the Diversity & Inclusion strategy, partnerships, and overall systematic incorporation of D&I into all brands that comprise the holding company.
Mr. Bartley serves on the boards of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) and ACT-SO, The Afro-Academic Technological and Scientific Olympics of the mind. He holds a Master Degree in Communications from the New York Institute of Technology, A Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from SUNY Stony Brook, and is certified in Diversity & Inclusion Management from Cornell University ILR.
