Anne-Claire Berg

Anne-Claire leads Danone Culture & Engagement worldwide. With more than 100.000 employees across 120 countries and as the largest B-Corp, Danone puts people at the core of its mission to bring health through food to as many as possible and has embarked on an innovative journey to co-build its future with its employees.

Anne-Claire started her career in 2001 as an attorney with King & Spalding in New York. In 2007, she became co-founder and General Counsel of LUXE.TV, the worldwide leading television network dedicated to the art of living. In 2010, she joined Danone, first as the Global Head of Intellectual Property, before becoming the Corporate Affairs Director and General Secretary for Danone in the UK, sitting at the Management Committee. Since 2017, Anne-Claire has been spearheading Danone transformation, leading Danone Culture & Engagement plans worldwide.

Anne-Claire was trained as lawyer and as a journalist and is a member of the NY Bar. She also holds an Executive MBA from HEC Business School with a focus on social business gained at the University of Cape Town and IIM Bangalore.
