Liz Anderson is a seasoned integrated marketing, PR & content strategist, deeply passionate about leveraging the power of technology, storytelling and human-centered design to move audiences to action. She currently leads the consumer communications strategy for two of Capital One’s fastest growing technology products and four of the bank’s flagship credit cards. Through these efforts, she also supports Capital One’s enterprise narrative on customer experience design and its broader technology story. In addition to her role at Capital One, Liz is also an Adjunct Professor in Human-Centered Design at the Baker Center for Leadership & Governance at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. At the Baker Center, Liz co-develops the design thinking curriculum and delivers interactive workshops and classes for Georgetown students.
