Shannon Versaggi

Shannon Versaggi was named Vice President of Targeted Marketing for Lowe’s in 2017. She is responsible for Lowe’s targeted marketing strategy inclusive of building a holistic customer engagement ecosystem that drives loyalty for the brand. She leads Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/loyalty, one-to-one communication, digital advertising and marketing operations for the U.S. home improvement business. Versaggi joined Lowe’s in 2004 and has nearly 15 years of marketing and media experience. She has held various roles within Lowe’s Marketing, most recently serving as vice president of media and planning. Prior to Lowe’s, Versaggi worked for SunTrust Banks. Versaggi earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
