Dan Wagner

Dan Wagner is the Founder and CEO of Civis Analytics, a data science technology and advisory firm, working to democratize data science for all organizations.

Before founding Civis Analytics, Dan served as the Chief Analytics Officer on the 2012 Obama campaign, overseeing a 54-person team that provided analytics and technologies for voter contact, digital, paid media, fundraising and communication. His department’s work was credited with “reinventing how national campaigns are done.”

Dan is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and was named to the Aspen Institute's Henry Crown Fellowship in 2016. He received his degree in Economics and Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
